J F Baloyi Attorneys (JFBA) is a firm of attorneys, as the name indicates, which was founded by Jimmy Frans Baloyi, who founded J F Baloyi & Partners in Lephalale, more than 14 years ago, which was later to be known as Baloyi Moloto & Phooko Attorneys. JFBA is a 100% black owned law firm which is dedicated and determined to protect the rights of every citizen, natural and juristic persons alike and, in particular the weak and the poor people of our country.

JFBA are passionate about providing quality professional legal services were our clients are concerned, and with the utmost and total consideration of the rights of our opponents. It is important for us to play (the ball) and not (the man) so as to ensure that when all else is settled we maintain our professionalism and reputation. JFBA are courteous towards our opponents and yet firm in approach in order to maximize the desired results for our clients. In providing our legal services we ensure that each client remains an individual thereby ensuring that we provide tailor-made solutions to each and every one of our clients, as we do not believe in a (one-size-fits-all) kind of approach.
